Safe
Havens is a Concord, California based 501-c-3 non-profit organization
dedicated to supporting individuals and their children who have
experienced any form of abuse. At the end of the day, it's the "little
people" who suffer - the children that have no voice.
The
mission of Safe Havens for Little people is to empower women to end
cycles of violence and abuse, and to lead fulfilling and productive
lives.
Safe Havens for Little People has joined with the California Parole Department in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, to bring parolees into our program. Safe Havens for Little People provides them with the opportunity to live in our clean and sober housing and be apart of our WELL program. Work, Earn, Live, Learn. We have assisted over 400 families over the last few years and are continuing to help these families as we move forward in the growth of Safe Havens for Little People.
